BFGoodrich Tires 4x4 All-Terrain tyre recall campaign
BFGoodrich Tires is carrying out a recall campaign of tyres sold from May 10th 2004...
...in the following sizes:
33X12.50R15 108 R BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/AKO RWL
LT235/70R16 104 S BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/AKO RWL
LT235/75R15 104 S BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/AKO RWL

Please note no accidents, injuries or property damage claims have been reported.

This decision has been taken after six tyres were reported to present vibration, noise and comfort issues in the United States. The defect has been corrected and all steps taken to ensure customer safety and satisfaction and to guarantee the performance levels expected of BFGoodrich customers.

In order to capture and collect the affected tyres, and based on the precautionary principle, BFGoodrich has decided to recall all tyres manufactured between 11 – 24 April 2004 (DOT 1504 and 1604).

These tyres may present vibration, noise and impact comfort but which could possibly evolve and result in steel belt separation.

Please contact your nearest distributor to have your tyres checked and substituted free of charge as required.
