1987 RHD W460 fuse box cover / lower dash trim
Ok, so it's been bugging me recently.... I think i'm missing a panel that covers up the fuse box, underneath the drivers side dashboard. The passenger side has a panel fixed to the lower dashboard with Dzus fastners, which extends up the side of the dash, and i'm pretty sure the drivers side is meant to have one too.
Now, does anybody know what i'm talking about, and does anybody know what the part number is, or have a lead on a used one?
I checked the parts diagrams online, but cannot seem to find what i'm looking for.
Cheers,
Ben.
It took me 5 years to find them on the parts catalogue!
And no longer available new
I have a couple of used ones.. both the same side but I'll have to check which side
Not many had them fitted.. later higher spec mainly
OK will do
If it's got one side it should have the other!
Tell tale is the small holes in the edge of the dash with little wire clips in for the Dzus fasteners to go into
If the trims were not there from the factory there will not be any holes :0)
Yes very special :0)
had a chance to look tonight and you're in luck!
i have two drivers side ones in good order
They often go very rusty on the rear and these are not!
One is near mint £45 posted
Other has a couple of small marks £35 posted
Both have some Dzus fasteners missing but I'm sure I still have some spare new ones I bought from Demon Tweaks previously when I find the bag, if not they're not expensive to get from them
Let me know on PM easier if you send your number so we can sort on WhatsApp or similar

Hi Gav,
Yes please, if you could have a look when you have chance.
It just seems like there should be something there to shield the fuses.
Who knows if my car is actually meant to have them, but i'd feel better if I had both sides.
Cheers,
Ben
