I have just got a new one from MB after my wheel bearing collapsed and damaged it. £300...

I think what you are asking for is hub or bearing housing.

There is an alternative; take the damaged hub to an engineering firm to see if they repair it.; dependent on damage level.

It could be possible for them to weld material as filler and re-machine the bearing area for you.

A possibility?
