Or dependant on how you enterpret this news could it be that :-

Land Rover are so very very good that the demand for their vehicles has lead to orders exceeding their factory capacity and left them no option but needing seek a factory whom are not operating at capacity due to empty order books ?

Ohhhhh come on then how do we enterpret this news ? (be nice !) (ha ha)
