OM606 Intercooler?
Does anyone know if factory OM606 models are intercooled? If so where the intercooler is located?
Yes they are
It is mounted behind the front bumper with the auto trans cooler
Intercooler A140 500 05 00 off the W140 S Class was used and are usually scrap used and NLA from MB although you can get OEM ones at reasonable money
Also a different bumper from memory with vents and some conveluted piping!
Later V6 G350's have it better version A463 500 22 00 but they fetch crazy money used and £1400 new!
