Re: Rear lights

Don't know if thats just a coeincedence or not!

Rear earth cluster on left rear chassis leg end to check

Double check all fuses, remove each and gently squeeze the contacts together, prone to expanding and giving just enough contact untila heavy load applied then they earth thru a different circuit

White wiring joint plug between front and rear loom just below battery from memory, have seen a few of these recently with corroded pins as its exposed, so gently remove spade terminals both side and clean up with sand paper etc

Re: Rear lights

That's what weather does - brings out the trailers for all that garden waste!

I did the same.  Was fine til I indicated then dash indicated blown trailer indicator (2012 model 463) - rapid green indicator on dash is another sign of this.

Checked it when I got back - all working again.  So like Gav says, I suspect a poor earth, or the trailer hookup just a bit oxidised and needs a clean.

Re: Rear lights

Thanks guys

I got it sorted it was the connection beside the battery had come lose my falt to be honest the previous owner cut a wire on the block next to it and used a crimp connector so I soldered it and shrink rapped it and must off moved the other connection lose.

Easy fix but I went through a wiring diagram with a fine tooth comb not a bad thing to scratch up on:)

Thanks again for your thoughts much appreciated.
