RHD G500 for sale
Usually I moan because they're so expensive but here I am wondering why this one is so cheap. It looks very (maybe too) shiny.
That strange towing attachment at the back - does that suggest it might have been used for towing something EXTRA heavy?
Did 500s not have an oil pressure gauge? I quite like having one on my G300 - I'm probably wrong but good oil pressure indication always suggests that not much wrong with engine.

Does anyone know this one or have any comments/thoughts?
I think the attachment on the tow bar is for a bike rack, so nothing to strenuous !
Seems like a good price for a RHD G500 if the mileage and history checkout.
I dont know why you'd see that towing eye which is obviously for some sort of rack but assume it's been abused towing something EXTRA heavy!
I remember reading on here there were hardly any RHD 500s in the UK (I'm sure I read 10). I've seen at least 20odd for sale in the last couple of years (there are two currently for sale). Cars in the UK look decent value now compared to jap imports at the moment. Always one or two for sale over there but the rates have made them expensive.
Car in the link looks a bit tired though but you could factor in a couple of £k for cosmetics.
yes the Sterling/Yen rate has made importing too expensive. I think the reference to there being 10 or so G500s in the UK is relating to the 2 door version.
I think 10 X RHD g 500's is what the chap said ?
More than 10 for sure .... and more than 10 short wheel base as well
Good afternoon everyone,
The 500 is of interest to me as i'm looking to move up from my 300ges SWB which is now to small for my growing family, is there anything that i should be concerned about? mileage, known engine problems etc ,etc, it has a full history and i guess that should tell me how well it's been maintained, any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
Freddie

These 500 made between 98 till 2000 are to many g wagen fans one of the best g wagen built, i owned one for 11 years and it never let me down. Like any car if well look after and serviced properly it will give you years of pleasurable driving as long as you are happy filling it up and assume the running cost. It aint a cheap car to run !!!!! You've been warn

Very tired leather, you have to ask where that has lived.
Just like London busses, none for ages and then two come along together.
