Speedo ticking
Hello all
The speedo on my 86 300GD has started ticking I thought it would have been the cable but have fitted a new one and the problem remains, any help would be gratefully received

Does the trip display function properly? Or the milage display working. Normally the drive for the speedo inside gets broken.

I dont think so unless you have an other speedo to play with - just replace the whole thing - get it from a scrap one if you dont want to pay up and look big
