Spray or replace rust door hinges?

Hi.

 

I have a g270 06. The door hinges on the drives side are rusty. And the paint has peeled off. Do you recommend changing the hinges with new ones? Maybe some old new ones with the oil nipple, which are not on the newer G`s? They are bolt on.

Or taking them off for a respray? This might just help for a couple of years i guess. 

The car already had rust on the hinges when i bought it a year ago, so i just want to make it look good again, since this is the only place with rust :)

   OPEN THE DOOR  grab hold of the door handle end yank up and down

     if movement  you need new !!!!

     if no movement clean and spray

OK. Thank you! Most likely there is no play, but i just like the feeling of replacing it if it comes back swiftly after clean and spray. Seems like some rust in the shims(?) between the moving and still part..
