SSS Exhaust for a 1990 LWB
Can anyone please point me to where I can source a SSS exhaust for a 1990 LWB 300 GD Turbo?
Would have to be custom made, but plenty of stainless steel exhaust specialists around ,

They have made up 3 for me two on w460's and on my ge300 w463
if your 300 diesel exhaust is anything like that on the petrol car, much of the exhaust is complete overkill and perhaps half of it can be deleted
Agreed with prwales. We have had good luck replacing the entire system on a '97 G300 (and soon to come, a '92 300GD) with a straight through 5" x 9" SS oval muffler, 24" long. 3" pipes. Exhaust now comes out passenger side. Delete all the rest. A bit "growlier" than original, but it breaths much easier.
Well done, on the petrol you can exit on the right but you need a doubler exhaust box to avoid vibration
