Super rare RHD G36 AMG for sale
i saw this. very nice and rare. apparently sold for £42+k which i think is right in the market today...someone got a nice looking, clean G. maybe with some prior vip ownership if that means anything.

I reckon it will fetch quiteva bit more tbh, Its an AMG RHD and apart from the wiring loom (G320, G36's) models that engine normally suffers from its a pretty bullit proof version! It must sound nice on throttle
you might be right, the interior looks like new, the car has always been garaged.

A lot of money, a few years back when I was contemplating fitting the turbo technics kit that I'd secured I looked at turning my 3 litre 103 engine into a 3.6 and geting the head fitted with the traditional larger exhaust ports in effect a 3.6 amg unit.
In the end I did neither as I thought the fuel consumption was bad enough already without making it worse but the change to a big valve head 3.6 worked out at about £10k
I think thats a pretty good price, if the condition is as good as it looked in the pictures, and given its uniqueness.
I wonder what the other lots made. I will take a look.
Well it says 46k for the G. Which is where I thought it might get. (thats price with the commission)
The G320 Cab made more than guide price too at £96k
The S600 Brunei Royal Family motor doubles guide price at £65k
But the Brunei SL600 with very very low mileage only made £46k - makes the G36 a good price.
I was there bidding this afternoon on this one. Although the photos look really good it was not without fault and annoyingly without any service history.

Tobe honest i have seen many LHD G36's but a RHD never. Its got to be the only one or Demo version around.
Could it be the only rhd g36 in existence??
I think it possibly is the only one in RHD which is why I went higher than what I had planned but was still outbid! It's sad that it hasn't had the love it deserved over the years but hopefully that will be put right with the new owner.

I bet the new owner Is aware of its rarity for sure! Thats a lot of love andmoney for a mid 90's 463. If I had the extra money maybe I would have had a punt.
I think the new owners a Japanese collector being RHD possibly?
That would suprise me given that the japanese seem to want LHD to display wealth these days. You never know though...
I first thought something must be wrong with £96k for a LHD G320 convertible. But I then realized not being up to date, G500 Convertibles with a M273 engine are selling for €250k!
Big bucks aren't they! I was holding out for one of the 2 RHD G500 cabrio's to come to the market but i imagine that these are well out of budget now
It is crazy; and I always preferred the 280 Convertible over the 463s; back in 2010 it was possible by special order to get a RHD G500 Convertible via Mercedes Brooklands.
