Not sure how long this has been the case, but now you can "buy" access to the EPC, WIS, or ASRA net (I think for estimating times for repair), in daily, weekly, monthly or yearly denominations.
This is a service provided straight from DC, not sure if the registration process will filter out individuals from workshops, but it seems a good deal if you have your G apart and need to figure out how to get that last bit out. It also has the advantage of being up to date, so you can collect all your parts/workshop queries and buy a day or two and sort them all out.
Prices start from €17 per day, exc.VAT.
