I have 460 foam steel headlight surrounds which have incorporated luggs to accomodate the headlight brush guard, they are in poor shape so require new ones, all i have been able to find is the links below,

What are my options is there a modern part which will accomodate the brush guards. thanks

Have you tried your local merc dealership, last time I asked they weren't too bad but it is a couple of years ago?

My 460 surrounds are OK (ish) but the plate on which they fix is showing lots of rust.  I have not checked if that back-plate is part of the foam headlight surround, but will be watching this post to probably replace like you are. Don't like the sound of plastic ones (presumably better to colour match with paint) - I like the contrasting black foam/rubber.  Someone might have second hand.
