Hi all,

I've just had my W460 restored by my local garage. They did a fantastic job. They've put up a video of the process on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f13BpDimFYc

I would highly recommend if you need any type of bodywork/ restoration done. Very reasonable charges.

christ where did you find that G, under a tree, was in need of an upgrade, but as for the arches, mmm dont like them one bit. and you left the steels on it! fill those arches with some nasty wide muvvers will yer.

I think it looks great. I would have prefered the MB arches and alloys, but it does look like a good job.

Enjoy mate!

a very nice transformation, well done, I think the wheel arches are a clever way of tackling the problem, you do need bigger wheels though.

What a transformation! You must be very happy with your 'new G' lol. As PRW said, ingenious work around for the arches, however I would tae the advice and get some chunkier tires - would finish off the look a treat!

I love it! It looks great with the tiny steelies, but I would have left the arches original, as they were.

On the other hand, I hate to think about the cost of that in the UK!

Looks great - how much did it set you back?  I need mine doing too - it seems they did a very thorough job.
