I'm Peter, and have had a great interest in the Gbrand since my father got one, many moons ago. I currently drive a 3 series, but really want to get an older G and add my 21st century touch to it. It's not going to be easy to do since I'm still at uni, but I've done harder things. Joined the forum to learn new things about the older models and keep my eye on the market. Ps if anybody wants to swap a 2001 318 ci (coupe) of a G please please get in touch. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you all...

Another welcome to the forum, seems a bit lazy in the winter but generally picks up in the summer (I hope)! There is another med student on here with grand plans of G ownership (tclynes), but seeing the going rate for doctors and dentists, I think you two won't have any trouble stepping into G ownership sooner rather than later :) Once you find a G feel free to ask about it here, as you'll get valuable advice.
Hello and welcome, hope you find your G soon, some nice bargains going at the moment. As for the afore said young gentleman (tom) he HAD a G and then got rid of it and ended up in a Range Rover..........tish, some people.......
Anyway - Welcome, where are you based when not studying or being like Tom leading riots in London? :)

I'm based in Glasgow, but i'm originally from Northern Ieland. I got my G last week. Needs some work but I'm hoping that my little teeth whitening side line funds the project!

Thanks mate! Got my 86 300GD swb last week. It'l be a few years before i'm qualified and even longer before I make some decent cash, so let me know if you want your teeth whitened lol.
Been having a quick look at your G and I must say if mine looks anything similar to yours after I have it resto'd i'll be a very happy man!
