Any idea if any other types of Bull bars will fit a 460 LWB?
From say a shogun or a Pick up Truck since not many Stainless Steel ones around?
Bar a new one?

Re: Bull Bars?

Be wary of bullbars, they often inflict more damage across the whole front of your vehicle in situations where an un-equipped vehicle would have sustained only minor damage to one corner or the other. This is particularly the case when rutted tracks and trees are involved. Just something to bear in mind. The only time I have seen a bullbar actually do anything useful was when livestock gathered around the vehicle and started to lean on it. Mind you, that was a Land Rover and being skinned in aluminium, they tend to suffer more than most from leaning bullocks.

Bull Bars! A total pain in thr ****! Only possible advantage is you could mount spotlights on them, otherwise isn't your G heavy enough?

Was thinking that it would make the old girl stand out a little and would blend in to the metalic blue bodywork.
Also was offered a near new Bull bar in stainless from a Shogun that had rear damage at about a quarter of the price of a similar G wagon type?

Many Thnaks For taking the time out and posting the Pictures, but I think that the Stainless Steel would be the one to go for.
The bar on the very top would block the mighty 3 pointed star, which would be Sacrilegious?
