I don't know it but it is certainly a fine looking early 463. From the numberplate one can say that it was registered in 1990 in Madrid, which means that it was with all probability officially imported by MB Spain and thus it is a very rare animal.

Now, when I say rare, I mean rare almost by British standards. I don't have the figures for 1990 but I can tell you that in 1995, 1996 and 1997 just 21, 7 and 10 G-Wagens respectively were oficially imported by MB into Spain. Now that's rocking horse shit rare...

It was a 300GE with tan leather if that narrows it down.
