Do you think that if the notification about the AGM went out earlier in the year before people had booked their holidays, then more people might show up?
Please bear in mind that this is my personal view & i am sure that the comitee have a very valid reason to leave it this late to inform members about such an important date.
been there, sent various e mails over the last few months to ask what was going to be done and to get a itinary for the g wizz so i could send it out in time, so in the end they sent it as a flyer and did'nt even ask me to put it in g wizz, I give up.
havnt a clue whats going on/what ya on about , however.............................................. AGM in august ? and not many people are expected to come ? mmmmmmmmmmmm , try may/june before main 'hols' season!!

The idea for August was that as it is holiday season,members can make a family weekend rather than a mad rush on a sunday for a 20 minute shouting match.
You have saturday to be nice to everyone then sunday you have the AGM which ought to be entertaining with the hierarchey trying to concentrate with beer brains.
Personaly, i am looking forwards to it.
