abingdon 4x4 show
Is the club booked in to this event?
Who do we contact for entries on the club stand?
chairman, midlands rep maybe??
We should know some time today if we have a stand there.
its a midland area thing therefore you should contact the area rep, or the chairman, I believe that the abingdon 4x4 "oganisers" have contacted the midlands area rep and hey presto, I do believe something is being sorted. I contacted the area rep and he told me so. No fiats allowed but my new `Subaru 4x4 legacy is allowed so they say. I'm all a quivver with excitment. :P

How about a Fiat Panda 4WD, need to be one of the old ones with the Steyr Puch system, dont know whose system is in the new ones.

Oh dear fred, Would we not get into the conflicts of interest argument if i did? Surely it would be better to go as a GWOA member to support the club & not for my companies comercial gain?
Besides that, if i went as a company rep, i would have to pay for a stand for the company!
Thinking about it, will the club have to pay for a stand now it is a company?

Anyway, if we can get 6 members to attend with G's on the stand for the weekend the club will get it booked. ( Assuming the organisers will still take bookings)

Have we got a stand then?
Not quite yet, still need three more members to commit themselves for the weekend.
Spoke to the organiser, caravans are welcome but there is no hook up for electrics. Portaloos on site but no showers.
Trade stands, but none off the big name firms like Frogs Island, Scorpion etc.
Could do with knowing if the club is booked in or not as i have been invited to another show on the same day.

Is Abindon 4X4 show just for 4X4 vehicles or can Fiat vans enter aswell?
