what is the UK legal limit for headlight bulbs? what is the G wagens(460) limit? any input is much appreciated

Personally find that standard Bosch 55/60 work best and last forever. Others(bulb manufacturers) make (ridiculous) claims and don't last very long at all.

can u use 100/90 watt in 460 series?

Not legally on the road. The downside could be cooked headlight units and also the extra wattage will shorten the life of the head lamp switch which is not protected by a relay unlike the foglamp circuit.

i have a pair of bluevision bulbs from ebay :shock:
rated 100/90 watts and appearently they are ECE R 37 APPROVED :?:
would you believe what it says on the box :?:
