GWOA Gurus
Is this the right place to post Grateful Thanx? dunno.... but many GT's to 'fixwin' and Mervyn for endless patience, information and solid advice.... and my 'new' dual fuel 230! (even tho' i can't quite believe i've been persuaded to live with 'legoland' blue   ) Cheers guys, you've been great! :D
A nice coat of Hammerite black applied with a pasting brush will sort out the blue.
Glad you,ve got a G sorted by the way.

Read old posts VJ, because JYV has a younger sibling undergoing a heart transplant, therefore JYV is acting in a logistics capacity at the moment, scruffy but reliable..........time will be a great healer though!!!!
Hi vj probably a light application of WD 40 or similar on the latches and key holes of the rear door and glove box would do the trick... and treat the door hinges and windscreen wiper hinges to the same every now and again......good to hear you are enjoying your new G' rgds
tewkesbury...do I detect a visit to Jeff and Merv ???
Looks a good 'un Vic
i love that colour! it is similar to my first love G from 1982!! maybe a different shade.
(i could never find that paint code though "510"!!)
"Welcome back to the fold VJ....." - never left it, john, never left it! 8) (so how's 'frilly' old JYV coming on? - hope you haven't delivered the coup de grace, the old warhorse deserves a better fate methinks... is my dream of seeing the 2 of you resplendant at a meet one day, any closer to coming true? :) )
will try posting pics (or put them in gallery) when my next G is delivered - the weather defeated my Grand Plan to drive it from Belfast to Brighton on Thursday, had to fly back without it... We live in interesting times...
