Rear Door Electrics

Anyone got a fix for the rear door electrics ?
wiring seems to keep rubbing through where it runs from the body into the door, thus I loose the heated rear window etc ?

repair the damaged cables then apply spirowrap or split a piece of plastic thin wall hose apply sealant and push over the loom.let it set make sure there are no sharp edges in the plastic doorframe fitting.....
