neat looking snorkel.
just found this photo of what i think is the nicest fittind snorkel on a G.
any ideas on where its from :?:
Check out Piggysimms G, somewhere on this site there is a picture of his with one each side. Looks very business like.
its not the same Grendle, the one above is much better, with the contour for the bonnet, looks like morty needs to get on the case, there spanish plates
Real nice fit. Does Anyone knows who sells them?
I just saw that one very recently in an online catalogue... but now I can't find it. Someone else had posted a link to another item and I noticed that on one of the other pages.
That G belongs to a prominent member of the CMGE.
And that snorkel is made by Carlos Acosta of CSA.
I think he sells them for some €250 but i could find out is someone is interested....
As much as I would like one, it wouldn't do me much good without a lot of modifications unfortunately.... as another member proved!
can you be more specific maxwell :?:
why the   :?: :?:
Well you see I own a G300 TD and on this particular model the air intake is not up on the side where the snorkle fits as you would expect.... as was recently demonstrated...
morty, I need one for my 560 and at that price can you find out for me. Thanks ian.
What is wrong with the MB original one?

yup - and I understand his was more dramatic..... but I figure that is not so fresh in people's minds (my own included)....
its actually happened to David twice - but he was only a passenger the second time. i understand the driver refused to accept responsibility and walked off...
rhymes with tax
Thanks Peter.
Never to be forgotten! She was put right! but i had to visit Germany as you know!

Hey I just got it!
But a week ago... oh wait that was in Piggy's... i do want to though - but not behind Piggy and definitely not behind Mark.... nor infront of you for that matter...
Peter your the one thats always running onto the back of other blokes!!
Be good to find out if they do one for the 300TD. The Schmude / ORC one's do fit vehicles fitted with a Webasto, but according to ORC theres a fair bit of work involved, compared to other G models.
that was marks fault, if he werent in front of me i wouldnt have hit him
Nah,, was Rich's fault. If i didn't have to keep slowing down, so he could keep up, we would have overtaken that old LR much earlier
well spotted ian :!:
that snorkel would fit my lhd cabrio
