Hi,
I presume you mean Brabus rims. If they are the right PCD and offset they will fit your G wagon without difficulty depending on the size tyres you decide to fit while maintaining roughly the same rolling circumference as your original tyres.

This will give a cool look around London but heaven help you if you try to off road it.

Also mounting footpaths or hitting potholes will become very expensive for you as the distance between the road and the top of the rim will be very slight hence the chances of impact damage to your loverly rims and tyres.

Brabus Mono VI 20x9.5ET60 part number 612-950-60 are the only wheels Brabus currently offer for the 463. To use 295/45R20 tyres.
Check the part number matches before buying..

Hmm.. Think I'll post up the Brabus/AMG/Lorinser part numbers and price lists for you guys..
