Rear brakes / Handbrake adjustment

before I start (and its raining so putting off getting cold and wet), has anybody got any useful tips for adjusting rear brakes and handbrake on my 460?

It's probably not where the adjustment is needed but there are 2 long nuts at the base of the handbrake - 1/cable to compensate for stretch.
Best to start at the drums. When set properly you will find your foot brake works better too.
Just been outside - sleet so no getting under the car today

Weather a bit better today!

So took handbrake off with intention of adjusting through hole in backplate??? how do you do that - shock absorber mount is smack bank in front of it?? :shock:

Instead manually adjusted until I could only just get drum back on - handbrake seems much better (not sure if rear brakes operating any better - hope so!) :wink:

Question - the auto adjusters for handbrake, I loosend mounting bolt then added a good few clicks to oneside (so whole assembly should centre) but should I have put a few clicks on each side of adjuster?? :?:
