Ok, really nice SWB Grey G, pulling a horse box today around 12:15. Zipped past (really fast), then noticed it was a G (sorry, way too fast to get reg), Slowed down and put hazzards on, big wave and flash of lights from the other G! Cheers.

Nice to se another one in this neck of the woods!

Well I finally found out who has owned it and to my surprise he has two others, one gold coloured G280, the Grey one and a white one - All look to be 460's.

His name is Bernard and owns a farm up just outside Gt. Missenden. He really is keen on them (he said he has owned a number over the past 25 years and would swear by them). Have his number and he is keen to potentially join us the next green lane event we do.

saw him pull off the 413, just outside Wendover , so I pulled in and followed him, and we had a chat for about 10 mins. He does get G-Wizz, I mentioned the forum, and he mentioned he would take a look.

another Buck's G!

Now spider would you be following Defender drivers to their door if you had stuck with the RR???? I think you are well and truly bitten by the G bug.

Nope, as;

1. They are two a penny around these part's And I would spend all day chasing RR's
2. RR drivers will only talk up and not down. eg. RR sprt will talk to Vogue SE, but not TD.....

I would agree re your last comment.

Not GLing, but there is Eastnor this weekend, always good for a meet up, bring your credit card and buy loads of stuff for Tunisia :D , there is an off road track to do if you wish (£25 i think) on part of the LR experience tracks. Its worth the £25 to watch the faces on the LR drivers when the marshels open up a tricky bit when they see a G, and then close it for the LR's :lol:

Might be worth it - but with my gears playing up, don't want to run the risk of having to be towed out by a LR or some other 'lesser' 4x4.
