300 TD German Import Conversion "To Do" List?

Hi the Newbie again...

In a nutshell, I am a first tme G wagen buyer from london and am off to Germany to pick up a year 2000 300 td 5 door in really great spec.

I am aiming to get some of the conversion work done by the seller in germany before I pick it up to save costs (per hour rates and parts).

With this in mind..does anyone have a ful list of what had to be done to make it UK friendly?

I have read about the head lights (assume can just by the vw ones and he can fit?)
New mph dials? Where do you buy this? Do you have to buy a whole new cluster or does a sticker option exist?

I am also assuming there must be more parts then the above?

I have had a search on the site but couldn't find a definitive list.
