The weather was great, and had some good days out (Beara Penisular was spectacular), although where we stayed near Sibbereen had everything, indoor pool, games room, beaches in easy reach etc.
The V280 I bought for the trip handled 7 people with luggage and roof box no problem. It easily managed 70 -75 MPH. I was going to sell it after the trip, but I think we'll keep it now. Looking into fitting it with LPG, as the VR6 engine is a little thirsty.
I will probably try and get over to Ireland again later in the summer and may take the G this time, although at a much slower pace!

It was on Irish plates.
