Just saw 2 G's in the highbury area -

a black Y reg SWB 460 on holloway rd and a blue LWB just off st. pauls rd.
didn't catch the pate on the lwb but the interesting thing is that both had a steel plate along the bottoms of their tailgates. never seen that before and two come along at once. LWB had a black bull bar - one with rounded sides very unlike the standard brush guard.

That black SWB one may be the on that is normally parked by Highbury corner.

Never seen the blue LWB - but there is a grey LWB with that style brushbar often down by Camden Passage.

Was the LWB a bluish purple 463?

i think it belongs to a gentleman that uses my cousins dry cleaners in highbury.

he also has a pad out in the counrtyside where he also keeps a 460 lwb.

incidentally, my cousin 'son' owns a 300GDS 460 in nautical blue. its a cracking looking G in great condition and low miles. it has the flared wheel arches and light alloys to.

very tidy looking i must say... he keeps getting stopped and asked if he would sell it!
