I think there has to be a bit of luck in regards to target values.

I am getting through on 1-2 hits per target but still can't break 190k.

i have installed as well... but for some reasons it doesn't work...

See another one... cleared the game and didn't get passed 190K. Actually I did play one and just barely cleard 200k but that was due to the fact that one screen had about 5 icbms on it.
