1/2 scale G wagen? golf car?
has one ever been done? any pictures?
what Im looking to do is put a G type front end on a utv I have basically a 4x4 golf car, or "the golf kart" as lads in our 4x4 club call it!
it currently has a grand cherokee "look" front on it, which wont do at all!
Ive seen pictures of golf cars with rolls look front ends on them, there was even a hummer one on fifth gear a while ago, I'm mad I know, anyone point me in the right direction?
Iosa Chriost, Mick,
You do really have too much time on your hands!
Maybe I should just send you up mine to finish for me, mine is simple really compared to what you do.
Maybe then \i'll be properly ready for the snakepit challenge!
Regards,
Mike
PS Well done on the coillte front, maybe wecould get a day out there sometime as a shakedown run or something. Could bring Joe and his zuki wagen as well.
Someone posted photos of one once. Can't remember if it was on the gwoa website or not, but I am sure Mortinson will know.
mick you are possesed mate!
i am calling you damien from now on. i will ask fixwin to check if you have the sign of the devil in your scalp :P
how about changing the front door of the house with split folding barn doors from an early G or the latest G55 8)
btw mick, i sent you a pm buddy
I can just see it now.
The four ball Challenge, problems getting up the 18th fairway onto the green.
Its all to play for now, the next decision will win or lose the game. He puts away the 5 iron on this he thought was an easy par 3. He takes out the ground anchor, deploys it into the hole where he found a flag sticking out. He powers up the winch, the plasma takes the strain,it digs in for a metre then holds and man and ute conquer the adverse terrain.
Like the boy scouts always be prepared for the unexpected.
After having recovered and secured the anchor he takes out his putter to finish off the hole and the game.
Returning to the clubhouse to drown his sorrows, he gets the bad news, another club membership gone for a sh-t. Seemingly the club didn't appreciate his recovery techniques.
I wonder whats the number of the K club, thats nearby I think.
Regards,
Mike
