300GD and 300GE from about 1990-1996 (in theory) though more likely 1990-1993.

G500 from 1998/9 or so to about 2000.

Not sure on 300Gs but the G500s will cost you about £50k more or less. There is one at Wheelhouse at the moment.

I have never seen an early civilian 463 Cabrio in RHD. As far as I know, the ones ever made were a handful of G500 imported by Caversham garage.

There were some G300 assembled locally for the Indonesian army but that's all I am afraid...
