I am located in BC, Canada and recently imported my 300GD from Japan. It is a LHD which is suitable to our raods. I enjoy mountain biking, jiu jitsu and the outdoors. I am actually a first generation Canadian, my parents came over from Scotland 40 years ago. Thank you for a wonderful forum.

Not many - the only G officially sold in Canada was the 2001+ G500 and G55 LWB.... I am sure Warren on the US forums will have a precise number on just how many...

Well, Canada only has 32 million people. We have less people in our whole country than in the state of California. So there is a good chance I may know your Uncle. LOL

Thanks for the warm welcome, I did notice I am the only pin in the Frapper map in Canada. Maxwell was right the G500 only showed up in Canada from 2002 onward. You don't see too many people off roading those as they were $130,000 Cdn after taxes and about $165,000 for the AMG G55.
