How many miles from a set of Mud tyres used on road?
I am just contemplating a second set of road tyres for my 460 as I do not want to ruin the 32x11.5x15 BFG M/T's I've had fitted.
Given I only do 3k a year will they perish before they wear out??
What mileage would you expect from mud tyres on the road? :?:

you should get 5 years minimum if little used... but check for cracks around the bead (where the tyre meets the rim) this is an MOT failure area.....caused by the rubber degrading with age and sunlight....
I did 50k on mine
Yeah and I get customers back to me who usually get 40/60,000miles out of them.
Unbelievable mileage I know but its a regular occurence from BFG tyres.
