Waved at a military G by mistake...
Driving around town yesterday... saw a good condition dark green 460/1 coming towards me, waved at him as usual... but then when it got closer I noticed that it was in mat green with German federal plate, and 4 Bundeswehr soldiers inside... felt like an idiot, but still got 4 smiles back!
Lol, You too. I "flashed" and waved at a couple of Danish (I think) army Gs on a road across Salisbury Plain t'other day. Greeted by bemused scowls, then I remembered I was in the "C" Class. Good job we were going in opposite directions; they might have thought their luck had changed! :shock:
I saw a few while driving south across France. Even the wife noticed them.
