Afternoon all....now that the turkey keg has shrunk sufficiently for me to squeeze below a "G", faced with a problem....What way round does the front shaft go?

Been such a long time from removing it...can't remember!!

Sliding segment to front or to Xfer case?

Any help gratefully received.

Re: Front drive shaft

EPC data sheets show fron prop shaft with sliding joint at the axle end and rear prop shaft with sliding joint at transfer case end.

Just went outside and checked under mine and that's the way mine is set up (and it works OK)

Good luck,

Re: Front drive shaft

Ive all ways put them on backwards so!!
just presumed it would be better to keep slip yoke as far away from the slop as possible
as they say, presumption is the mother of all fuck ups!!
