Can anyone give the proper figures for front axle tracking, toe out etc? Went over a huge rock at speed worried I knocked the tracking out!

Hi Jason just from memory as I did the tracking of a friend's car (Polo) at a shop recently, most recent machines should have figures for the G in the computer.
