I tried to lubricate the propshaft slide joints. I noticed that there is no limit how much you can put grease and it goes probably inside the shaft. If I pump to much grease into a slide joint could it cause propshaft imbalance?

No because the excess will spin out, which you will notice on the underside of the body

Hi overgreasing the universal joints (Hardy Spicers) is not possible because the grease will ooze out and any excess will be spun off..not so with the slide tubes..depending on the type of grease used you can pack the tube forward of the slide to such an extent that it will not allow the slide to move which causes the vibration...and the only way to get it out is to drop the propshaft and flush it all out. HMP grease will cause this problem....
