Ceatral locking

Currently I can only lock the 463 G from the near side door or sometines the backdoor :cry:

I got a spare central locking unit and swaped everything round, but no change :?

It seems the drivers side lock dosen't trip the near side one and its not the locking unit.

Any ideas folks????

Hi check that the mechanism operates to full travel when you turn the key and adjust accordingly==compare travel on the nearside door which is operating correctly....a broken wire in the rear door to door frame interface loom can cause similar problems...

Brilliant thanks I'll check it out! Rear loom could be it as I've a wipe wash humour failure too!

Mine had the same symptoms. Turned out to be the rear door interface as fixwing38 suggests. Not a pretty sight in there once I started to dismantle it. Someone else (bodger) had been in there before and hadn’t replaced the spring mechanism which retracts the loom when you shut the door :roll:
