The Humilation
Unfortunately got my 463 stuck very nastily on a wet sideslope, when trying to pull a trailer. Worst part was some L### Rover owner watching and saying a LR wouldn't get stuck! As I needed my stuck G to pull a heavily laden trailer the next day , had to borrow the LR, and manually manouvere the empty trailer. The LR went ok for a non turbo 90, but light years behind a G. Ergonomics?Anyway going to investigate using a Tirfor whinch to pull it up sideways to prevent expensive panel damage to a tree!
unfoprtunaltey a bad workman always blames his tools, hence I didnt last long as a Gigilo, however in that situation I would have punched the chap with the landrover comment, that would have made me feel a whole lot better.
wet side slopes are as hazard for all vehilces next time let you tyres down to about 18 psi if there is no other option.
