I fitted this a while ago...very cheaply! £40 from local MERC dealer for the Snorkle and Grill. I cut a hole in the outer wing to take the flange and another in the inner wing below the filter intake. I then fed some old car heater piping through the Snorkle under the wing and in to the engine bay, pushed the pipe over the existing intake pipe and taped it up. So the pipe runs from the top of the Snorkle to the intake. It works very well and proved its self in the local ford when I went a Tad deeper than expected! I was thinking of bracing it as per the 461, but it doesn't vibrate and when I lent the G against a granite gully wall the other night I notced it bends nicely over the bonnet out of the way! if braced I'd have lost it like my door mirror and rear air grills (bothsides...well it was a very narrow gully!)

Oh yeah! I just love the induction roar!

I may fit wider bore pipe to help with breathing and I'm considering cutting the sorkle and fitting a sleve pipe so the intake can be turned towards the front maybe giving a rammair effect at speed?

£40, Is that normal price or was it a one off? Any chance of a picture?
